I arrived at the hotel to find the room wasn't ready, and it was quite dim inside. Despite that, the service was very affable and responsive, though a bit lacking during checkout. The location was perfect, close to Gare du Nord in the Opera area. The dining experience was nice with a good food selection. Overall, a cozy stay with some room for improvement.
